Positive: Nice pond and landscape. Fridge in room was convenient. Sleeping area looked nice and clean.

Negative: Bathroom vent dripped black substance in toilet area. Advertised restaurant was under construction and wasn’t mentioned prior to visit. I had to add door dash app for food delivery. Patio set doesn’t look like it was cleaned nor that area.

Summary: It was ok very close to Tommy Ts so was ok for an overnight trip.

Positive: Quiet place. Appreciated. Still a sleep-only place,

Negative: Breakfast buffet would be a huge bonus, The complimentary tea and coffee was always fast out. Parking fee is something new this year, it sounds rídiculos and not understandable - new fee for the same service, really enough real estate for cars.
