Summary: Lovely hotel, just outside the centre of Porto, which was perfect for us. Easy to get to everywhere and near the sea! Hugo at the bar was so attentive, made the evenings really nice with top service. Food and wine recommendations were spot on too. Rooms and bathrooms were modern, and luxurious. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a visit to Porto.

Summary: Staff are incredibly hospitable, room was extremely clean. Location is ideal as it's close to beach, restaurants, shops and transit into Porto. I didn't choose breakfast option as I wanted to try local restaurants nearby and in Porto during my stay. Gym is small but well equipped. Would definitely recommend this hotel as it was wonderful!

Summary: We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The bedding was the most comfortable I have ever had in hotels. We slept so well. The hotel is conveniently situated near the overground station , it takes 25 minutes to central Porto. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was excellent. My only criticism is that the hotel charged my credit card twice for the tourist tax, once upon checking in, once when checking out. I did say to the young girl who checked me out that I had paid for the tourist tax upon checking in to make sure i wouldnt be charged twice. She assured me i would not be double charged but they did!!! I did send an email to the hotel through Expedia ( as the hotel doesnt have a direct email adress) but this still remains unanswered. I did try to call by phone but again no answer. I do not know if this is a genuine mistake from the hotel, but if they do this to everyone, they must be making a fortune! So, I would advise people to watch out for this. Having said all that, I really liked the hotel.

Summary: Very good hotel overall. Excellent helpful friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Clean well appointed bathroom. Nice bar. Bar staff very professional. Good front desk. I’ve stayed in many hotels all over the world and this one is just very good. If it had a pool it would be perfect.
