Summary: The stay was fine. When we checked in, the clerk found that someone was staying in our room. The towel rod and door knob in the bathroom were loose; the rod fell off. The breakfast service was awkward. There did not seem to be a consistent approach to service. Cards were provided but were not consistently collected during our stay. There wasn’t any change in the items offered for breakfast.

Summary: Nice hospitality and friendly communication. But communication with room service team and front desk was not satisfactory. Several messages were dismissed. Nice clean room and restaurant with pool and gym. Nearby, shopping mall with walking distance. Convenient access from Airport.

Summary: The staff were all friendly and helpful, no A room wasn’t ready when we arrive at 4:00 pm, an hour after check in time. They offered an accessible room and I agreed to it which I should have told them I would wait for another but I didn’t. It was a 2nd floor room, no tub of course and the shower was dirty on the floor tiles so we didn’t even use it. That was the only disappointment. Otherwise I would come back to try a regular room. Location and price were good.

Summary: Nice place to stay. The only thing we were not happy with is charging for the parking. When you stay at hotel they should be happy we choose their hotel.

Summary: The charge for the dog is above average for other hotels and should be no more than $50/day. Parking fees should be waived for handicapped persons. Timothy at the front desk was amazing and his customer service is what may bring me back.

Summary: Stayed one night to attend a baby shower. Room was nice size well furnished. Nice set up. Very clean. Need was comfortable. It was quiet. Breakfast was good and fast. Service was very good.

Summary: Ample parking, fantastic location. Very clean. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Decent-size rooms (we had two Queens). Air conditioning was arctic, which felt nice to come back to — especially during the heatwave this week. Spacious gym with state of the art cardio machines. Pool area was nice and pool had a variety of depth for kids and adults. Would stay here again.

Summary: The stay is just average but the staffs at the breakfast cafe are super friendly and attentive. This hotel has some security concerns. There is no proper access control at the entrance, so anyone can walk in, including non-guests. I saw several food delivery come in to drop off orders, and instead of collecting them at the front desk, the staff asked them to deliver directly to guest rooms, which is not very secure. Also, the elevators don’t require keycard access, meaning anyone can go up to the guest floors. Overall, I feel the hotel’s security measures are quite inadequate and should be improved.
