Summary: What a lovely home! The location is incredible, close to cute downtown Culver City with lots of restaurants and shops. The house is next to Ballona Creek and there is a lovely ocean breeze. Mature trees and shade. Beautiful backyard with dining pavilion. The kitchen is well-appointed for cooking. Thoughtful details like laundry baskets, shampoo and conditioner and a fresh bar of soap in the showers, hand soap at every sink, plenty of blankets and towels. When I arrived, the host had left a welcome note and a few groceries to get me started: milk, orange juice, bagels, cream cheese, a bag of Cuties tangerines. What a great stay. Thank you!

Summary: This was the perfect spacious “Home Away From Home!” for my family to have while they were in town for our wedding! The location is great too & very central to many of LA’s sightseeing spots! Chelsea & Shirley were both so wonderful & lovely!!! & both were so quick to respond to any questions we had! & they were so accommodating too with any requests we had as well! Summary: We had a team offsite for 12 people where we able to work in the front room, dining area, and backyard. Perfect home base to work during the day then attend dinner together in the local area. It was amazing to get some work done and enjoy sunny California.

Summary: This place was PERFECT for my family. We thankfully were able to book it after another VRBO property owner cancelled on us last minute and we were left to find something to accommodate 3 adults (one with a disability) and 2 small children. The communication with the owner and the manager was IMPECCABLE! They had everything perfectly set up for the kids and for my mother with a disability. They even stocked the house with some food essentials upon arrival. AND they let us do an early check in. They are truly set up with everything you need if you have kids and someone with a disability. So grateful to have found this gem!

Summary: I had no complaints at all. The house is on a gorgeous little cul-de-sac nook. It's convenient to Culver City, which is convenient to a lot of stuff in LA. Even with the legendary traffic we never needed more than about 30 minutes to get where we wanted to go. This was one of those rental homes that really Works (we've all had the other kinds :) ) The check-in worked, the appliances were easy to figure, as was the bedding, the check-in and on down the line. Oh, and the backyard at this place was gorgeous. I sat out in the morning drinking coffee while the kids slept and listened to a Mockingbird twitter and warble for what seemed like hours. All my thumbs up on this one!

Summary: It was a great stay, but I wish we would have known about the neighbor upstairs before our rent of the house...we could hear sounds early in the morning. Overall it was a great stay and location was close to everywhere we wanted to go to.

Summary: this is the 3rd or 4th time I have stayed at this property. I love the location. Everything is less then 30 min away, pending traffic of course. This time we did a tour of Sony which is right down the street. The house has everything you need to feel like you are at home. There is even a cupboard of staples so you don't have to buy everything at the store. Looking forward to returning!!
