Summary: Pool was poor, huge building site made the pool area extremely windy and lack of sunlight. Rooms don't have fridges which I find ridiculous in KSA with the temperature being over 35 degrees in the summer.

Summary: Upon arrival our sea view room was not available, given a family suite and breakfast as complimentary. The room only had one bed and no extra beds were available as hotel was at full capacity so my husband was given blankets to sleep on the floor. We complained so they gave us an evening meal as complimentary. The duvets had no covers and it wasnt until the third day of our stay the extra bed was made up properly. Complained upon leaving and asked for a part refund, still waiting to hear back. Hotel is too far from main area, staff are friendly. Housekeeping is hit and miss, breakfast is nice, evening meal was the same, looked like remains from the day before, breads were not fresh, stale. Very poor.
