Summary: When I went to the hotel for check-in, in the booking it said 3pm, I arrived at 2:55pm, the room is not ready and the reception asked me to wait without giving estimated time, I waited until 3:16pm to get my room card, while I was watering for my room to be ready, I noticed that there are other guests successfully checked in to their rooms while I was waiting, which doesn’t feel right/good to me, as a four star hotel, I would expect the reception to re-arrange an empty room for me instead of keeping me waiting. And there two other things that makes it worse, one is that the shower started to leak once which is kind of terrifying when you are alone at the hotel room in the middle of night, and also the hanging bracket for the shampoo/shower gel is not working, one bracket screw is lose and the other one does not hold the bottle. The good thing I like is the bed, it’s comfortable and firm.

Summary: Breakfast was nice we booked it twice. Quiet room, clean and comfortable. A mini fridge would have been nice in the room to keep drinks cool.

Summary: Beautiful location slightly out of town by a tranquil marina with excellent restaurants, with frequent trams from Centraal station. Very comfy room. This was my second stay - the first time on my own, this time with friends, who also loved it.
