Summary: The house was a very nice house it’s very spacious in a pretty location. It is on the lake but you can’t get into the lake from the house. The pool was not good. It was green and very cloudy so we didn’t even get to use it. The house was hot especially the master it never got cooled down and we were there for 3 days. They came and started cutting grass while we were in the back yard trying to cook out so it was pretty annoying. The owner did try to get a pool guy out to look at the pool but no one ever came.

Summary: The property was accommodating and beautiful, accurate to the listing. Was able to enjoy the use of each room and the fire pit with lovely views of the lake. Checking in and out was simple. I had to contact the property manager several times because the house was not prepped for guests. My main feedback would be to prep for guests by starting the A/C the day prior to make sure it works! Half the house did not go below 80 degrees because there was a broken part on the pump reaching that side of the house, so we could not sleep in the master. Also, the lawn was ankle high so yard games were not easy, someone came to mow at 7 pm our last day while we were trying to have dinner on the patio. Otherwise, a good getaway.

Summary: The property was great except for the yard. It was extremely overgrown. Especially the back patio area around the pool and pond and game area. We were concerned about snakes. It was that overgrown. Not sure if you have a regular service or not. Inside the house was awesome. My son and his groomsmen had a blast.
