Positive: We especially liked that our family was on our own, not sharing the garden with others. We really enjoyed wonderful days and evenings of reunion. There is almost no one around. The best experience was the outdoor shower, where you can watch the stars at night while taking a shower (there is always warm water). The house is very sweet, has everything you need. The hosts were especially friendly and accepted our pets as guests, and even had gifts for them as for us! This made our visit possible. We felt very welcome. We liked the wide beach area where you can always find a place which is not crowded at all.

Negative: The dust on the roads, the noise from the highway (only when the wind is coming from the west) One of the room is very small for three teens/kids, but as we spent most of the time outside, so it was OK.

Positive: The Foula's summer house provided more than expected. It provided our family a wonderful vacation, peace and relaxation with our children and Great Dane dog. The hostess is very pleasant and accommodating. The house is fully equipped, Wi-Fi is excellent, the yard is beautiful. The beach with restaurants and beach bars is 400m from the house. A larger selection of restaurants and shops is located 4 km from the house in the very center of Nea Poteidaia. The beach is large, beautiful and pets are welcome. Thanks Valia for a great holiday, we will come back again.😀

Positive: House has a great porch and a great yard. It is a great place to visit with kids and a dog. Inside house is also nice, a bit older, but nice. Has everything a person needs.

Negative: I think I would recommend that an air condition is installed in the living room to cool down the house in the really hot days.

Positive: We and our dog were more than happy with our stay. The house has a spirit of coziness and relaxation. The porch is nice for the hot summer afternoons, a perfect place for chilling out. The place is pet friendly with a lots of toys and pet facilities. Everything was perfect, the location offers a nice restaurant nearby, the beach is very close too. The host is friendly and always ready to offer his help with anything. We will definitely visit again!

Positive: Very charming little house, with hundreds of art decorations all over, nice yard and a lot of places for kids to play and parents to sit. The kids loved their room, specially decorated for children. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal and we had complementary sweets and wine from the hosts. It's close to the beach. There are clean toilets on the beach and the restaurants don't mind to use theirs if needed, without being their clients (I'm pointing this out, because in Bulgaria the situation is different)

Negative: As there are no air conditioners in the house,only electric fans in every room, we needed to keep open all the doors and windows. It would have been ok, if the mosquito nets didn't have a lot of holes in them. The house was full of mosquitos, despite the anti mosquito devices that we plugged all over. The host promised to take measures for this. Also, there is a hotel nearby, that has music-lights-water show in the evening exactly when the kids are supposed to go to bed. But it's short, like 20-30 minutes.
