Positive: I loved the location. Quiet and peaceful. It actually had great view from the balconies for being the farthest from the beach. Enough room for me and my teen. I liked the multiple bathrooms so we could both shower after the beach. Great value in off season. We would probably go back. It's currently for sale and I'd buy it if I could.

Negative: It seemed clean but had a musty smell, and there was a big dead bug upon arrival. But that happens, no big deal. Opened the windows. I let them know simply because the condo is for sale. I would totally buy it if I could . It's out there, but if you have been to Fort Morgan, you won't mind. I would stay here again but they have got to get new beds. At least in the blue room. My kiddo didn't complain in the yellow bedroom. My bed was awful.

Positive: We really liked the location, close to the beach, pet friendly

Negative: Both of the air units upstairs were not working. We called and a “ticket” was put in, but no one came to fix it. It was very hot upstairs in the bedrooms, esp with the temps in the upper 90s.

Summary: We had a nice stay, just wish the air would have been working to make our stay more comfortable.
