The Space:
This home features an open floor plan with a large living area, dining table, gourmet kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a "pool house" and private pool.
The master suite includes a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom. The sitting area of the master suite includes sleeper sofa, making it ideal for families with young children. The sitting area has double doors, opening to a deck overlooking the pool.
On the other side of the home are the remaining two bedrooms and second bathroom. The first bedroom includes a double-sized bed and the second bedroom includes two twin-sized beds.

Summary: We could check in early because of storms while traveling, which was very helpful. Due to this, the "pre-check-in process" was never completed. The pool was filled with leaves and sand. We woke up to a rat swimming in the pool. When contacted, the property manager said she would send over a pool cleaner (never happened). We cleaned the pool all week to get it clean with what we had. Also, on the first night, the sink and toilet started bubbling. We did contact the manager when the toilet and tub filled with sewage. It was cleaned right away, but the smell lingered all week. This house has A LOT of potential, but just needs to be kept up. We have 10 people in the house, and the water heater and septic system couldn't keep up. This house is located in a great area, but the house next to it brings it down.

Summary: We had a great time staying here! Small issues with plumbing but was resolved quickly by host! Only complaint was that we found rat poop in one of the pull out sofas, host also came out immediately to clean the area! Overall great location and house!

Summary: The property was nice and clean. While we were there the AC in the pool house quit working so we camped out on the sofa upstairs, but it was fixed within one day! I would definitely stay again! We loved the pool and fishing right out the door! This property did not disappoint!
