Summary: Arrived at check in time. Batteries need replaced on door locks. Mold was present in the coffe grounds, which were left inside the coffee maker. Carafe was absolutely filthy. Cutlery had RUST on the knives. Flatware container had bug or dirt debris. Shelving was disgusting...caked with dirt and grime. Dead bugs inside cabinets and found alive and dead throughout the house. House was poorly insulted causing drifts of cold air to seep in. Master shower had warped tub floors and a drain which needed a plunger to release and allow draining. Power outages daily. Flooring was an absolute mess. Floorboards not attached and a few places where it was splintering. This place was a disaster. I have doubts the owners even came by before check in to ensure quality. Last, place need s abigger tv because the space and distance is way to far for a 32 inch. Should be a 55 at lease...ridiculous! We do not recommend.

Summary: Great location for close to gate 4! Can easily get to all gates along fort Campbell blvd. Great place to stay, fenced in back yard and quiet neighborhood! They responded very quickly to any questions or concerns! Definitely recommend

Summary: Nice place to stay close to our daughter. Only reason i gave it 4 stars was because the liv I ngroom TV is to small and there is no other tvs not even in the master bedroom. Otherwise everything great...thanks Adam.

Summary: This was our first time renting a house for vacation and I think after this time we will definitely do this again. The house was just like the listing showed. The beds were comfy, the open floor plan gave enough room for everyone. We would definitely recommend this house.

Summary: The house is always impeccable! Being one floor is great as we're seniors and stairs can be difficult. Also, the backyard is perfect for our chihuahua (nice big fence, no houses behind us). Grounds are maintained great! We spent a few different months here during COVID. Adam and Asury properties are our go-to places.
