Secular granite house, rustic and typical of the serrania beirã, with some pieces of period furniture from the dwelling inserted in a small quiet village next to the Mondego, overlooking the Serra da Estrela. It has a wood oven, which was for years the community of the village. It has capacity for several people and all amenities, having been the residence and main permanent residence of its owners. It has been completely remodeled recently. Distances in km: Viseu -27; Seia -20; Caldas da Felgueira thermal spa -2; Termas de Alcafache - 15.

Inserted in a very quiet village, with a friendly and welcoming neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but with good accessibility and close to the A25. It has several points of interest nearby, namely Serra da Estrela Ice Rinks, Caldas da Felgueira Thermal Spa and Alcafache; River beaches of Mondego; Cities with points of interest of interest and cultural entertainment such as Viseu. Just over an hour from the border, from Coimbra and Aveiro.
