Summary: We are a family of 4 who had the pleasure in staying at the Fornace Suites. The staff is very friendly. Although their lobby isn't 24 hour we were given numbers on how to reach staff if there were any issues or needed anything. We had one issue the first night but the host assisted us as soon as possible and all was fine. The room was absolutely exquisite and comfortable for a family of 4. Clean and amenities were great. Lighting could be a little better in the bathroom but the weather was hot when I visit Florence so all I needed was sunscreen. Another option I wish they had was the tv didn't cast from our phones and it would've been nice to watch out Netflix prime or apple tv. The breakfast was incredible ! And you had plenty of time to enjoy. The options were great and all fresh and delicious. The staff at the restaurant were also very kind and hospitable. I truly enjoyed the kind staff. Location is quiet and still close enough to the action. I can not wait to come back for a longer stay at the Fornace Suites.

Summary: Great location, very clean and very quiet making for a good night’s rest. Loved the coffee shop and restaurant nearby. Water and juice in our room fridge was refilled by hotel staff daily, very refreshing after a hot day walking.

Summary: The room decor was beautiful. We enjoyed just relaxing in the room. The room had a kitchen as well. The taxi stand was located across the street, which made catching a taxi into Florence very easy. We found several site seeing locations within walking distance of the hotel as well. The breakfast is across the street at a wonderful cafe. Delicious! Highly recommend.
