Positive: Professional, friendly customer service from front of house staff - sorry I did not get her name. The room was ready for an early check in and key and unit unlocked. I really appreciated they went out of there way to accommodate my additional request. Clean room, all amenities we needed and comfy beds and handy location to supermarket, petrol and McDonalds across the road.

Negative: We stayed on the ground floor and could hear the other guests [children] running up and down the mezzanine balcony [through our ceiling] at 9.25pm at night. Our children were asleep and thankfully only the adults were woken or distracted by this. The same children making lots of noise outside our room when they left [next morning]. Motel did not have sky tv to watch the All Black rugby game or Olympics - so we watched them on our iPads.

Summary: We are return guests and highly recommend this motel. Great service, amenities and handy location

Negative: I booked the deluxe studio and it said it came with choc or biscuits and also a stove top. So I bought food to cook breakfast for our two night stay and got a room without a stove top or goodies that were advertised. Not happy, you need to upgrade what you're advertising if that's not what your delivering.
