Negative: The dishwasher was not empty, not a big deal. And the shower does not have good pressure at all. Need another hand held shower installed. We fixed the drain in the right side vanity and the shower so it sealed right

Positive: Foirge Iron Works is an excellent base for anyone visiting Raleigh, NC on business. The facility is first class throughout, the gym, working spaces, and location all exceeded expectations. My host was fantastic and went out of their way to help when I hadn't received my arrival email, sorting everything quickly and without fuss. A brilliant option for business travellers looking for a professional, well-equipped environment. I'd have no hesitation in recommending it.

Negative: I was in a room with the main Forge sign outside, it made sleeping difficult as the blinds didnt block it out.

Positive: This was a great apartment; brand new, with nice furniture and appliances. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms large and nice. Nearby food, coffee, great amenities, etc.

Negative: Pillows. Not great. We'll bring our own next time. Property forgot to send us check-in information; we had to make a call to get it. Otherwise, no complaints.

Negative: I never received check-in instructions beyond what was provided on the booking.com app. When it came time to dispose of garbage I had no idea what to do and had to reach out, which is when I was provided with the guest instruction book.
