Positive: Location, view, large spaces inside n out, plenty of towels n bedding, AC was perfect.

Negative: Mattress’s in bunk room were lumpy and hard. Needs check in/check out list/book.

Positive: The house itself is lovely set in a beautiful location, especially with the trees and snow. The house was spacious, but (He's very sore but appears okay). The large kitchen made it easy for us to prep our meals and snacks which we appreciated.

Negative: The stairs were very slick, as if someone had used Pledge on them.

Summary: Beautiful setting, large house, nice kitchen. Scenic location in winter.

Positive: For the cost, price was very competitive. Host provides daily maid service. Location is perfect, central to all key areas of the city. House is very spacious. Has a swimming pool though this is not heated so couldn’t really use it.

Negative: Lived here 8 years ago and going back in 2023, there is a very noticeable reduction in quality due to neglect and lack of maintenance. A few things are broken and it seems these have not been fixed for a while. Some areas of the house have damaged floors, not all the remotes for the heating/cooling system work; appliances are very old, e.g. all the wording on the microwave have disappeared and you have to guess how to use it. Very limited towels are provided by host. Inventory on checking in and out includes spoons, glasses, towels etc. These is insulting to medium to high class guests. Small items that are damaged or lost should just be borne by host; it’s just good customer service. Security is lax as anyone can just say I’m coming in to see so and so and they’d be allowed in.

Summary: All considered, we would stay here again. Host should pay attention to wear and tear.

Negative: Mosquitoes!!!!!Terrible i would suggest to be installed in all house compartments mosquitoes killers , not just on sleeping rooms, you can’t be comfortable in the house with quantity of Mosqu
