The location is quiet and private, overlooking the McKenzie river valley with the forest as your backyard. Enjoy forest or valley views from each room. Prime fishing spots on the Willamette and McKenzie rivers are 10 minutes away. Beautiful lakes less than 30 minutes away. Access mountain bike trails in the Thurston Hills Natural Area that are less than one mile from the front door. Fast WiFi. Access our garage for a home gym and EV charger. Only 20 minutes to the University of Oregon, Hayward Field, and 15 minutes to Autzen Stadium. Only fifteen minutes away from all of the restaurants, entertainment, and night life that Eugene and Springfield have to offer.
One king bed in the main bedroom, twin bunk beds in bedroom two, a twin loft bed in bedroom 3, and a new queen bed in the office/4th bedroom. Extremely comfortable fold out couch in living room as well.
Main bathroom has walk in shower and large soaking bathtub. Second bathroom also has a shower/bath. Heat pump provides heat and AC.
Closets are locked. Full kitchen and appliances are available.

Summary: The owner was great. Communication was quick and easy. Master bed and bedroom is spacious with nice bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a total of three twin beds. The office has a blow-up queen bed which wasn’t what we expected. The futon is nice in the living room but the other couch is in rough shape.
