Positive: The owner and the staff were incredibly nice! The apartment was very spacious and comfortable! Also the garden was very pleasant and the breakfast was massive. I could never finish it and they were worried about me!

Negative: It was quite removed from the city centre so I was 100% dependant on taxis to come and go. There was also public transportation, but not very reliable.

Summary: Countryside feel combined with great hospitality!

Positive: The staff and owner were amazing. Super helpful. Grandpa makes great coffee in the morning. The room is nice and quiet, the curtains make it dark enough for sleeping. You can drink the water in the room. There's air-conditioning. You have your own outside seating area. The owner also provides tours. You can chose the option with breakfast too, it looked very nice. There's a very cute dog.

Negative: The location is not easy to get to if you're not by car, the owner provides airport pick up though. It may not be easy to find the first time.

Positive: Excellent hosts! They went out of their way to look after us and make sure our stay was enjoyable. They even looked after our laundry for us. Don't be fooled. The hotel is hidden, off a busy road, and is a little oasis of calm. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was large and the shower worked great. There are really neat private seating areas, with tables, outside under the trees. They are illuminated at night. A great place to wind down for the evening. The breakfast was very good. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here if I found myself travelling to Yerevan again.

Negative: A bit difficult to find because the hotel is not visible from the road. A sign out front on the gate or fence would be helpful.

Summary: Supper hosts! Great value for the money.
