Positive: The hosts were some of the kindest and warmest people I’ve ever met. They made me feel truly welcome, and it felt more like staying with family than just a booking. The house itself was clean, quiet, cozy, with a retro, old-school Armenian charm that gave it a very authentic feel. The backyard had a view and trees with fruits. Very genuine people.

Negative: The bed was a bit firm and squeaky for my preference, but the kindness and hospitality of the hosts made it easy to overlook.

Positive: The local family is the sweetest family I have ever met! They are really kind. They also would make great food and it was extremely tasty.

Negative: I personally think it's too far from the center.

Summary: Come here if you want to interact with the local people. Anna and Hamlet were so welcoming.

Positive: very nice and luminous place. Hamlet, the owner was an exceptional anfitrion. very kind and played with my little kid. he offered fresh fruit from their garden and took me to visit around. His family also were very mind and friendly. 100% recommended

Positive: The owners are very friendly and helpful. That's a reason why I would go back. The room itself was clean.

Negative: I've booked a room saying: private bathroom. But it wasn't a private bathroom. It's outside the room and everyone can use it. The toilet didn't work that well. The breakfast should have been included but they offered me breakfast for 5 euro so I skipped. I didn't say anything as well. Location is pretty far from the centre but the view is amazing.

Positive: Of course the Host! Anna and Gamlet were amazing! They were very warm and took great care of me. Anna cooked me very delicious foods! The Khacapuri was 10/10 you dont even need to order from restaurant. Anna even helped me to book saloon for my hair and eyebrows in order not to get me scammed 🙏 for the house itself, I got very nice room, I love their garden ( we spent so much time to harvest grapes and walnuts). Overal I love my stay here, it was very memorable. Thank you Gamlet and Anna! I surely will come back

Positive: The owners are very nice, friendly and helpful. Also, they are preparing very good and tasteful meals. Kitchen with free coffee and tea available, too. Quiet and peaceful position on the hill above city downtown, with an open and refreshing terrace on the garden side.
