Positive: Lovely and peaceful, comfortable beds and very clean. Enjoyed the view and the lovely fire . Plus the little Pademelon was an added bonus . Property managers helpful and good communication. Definitely recommend .

Negative: Not a complaint but maybe more plates and cutlery . Just have having to wash the plates as soon as you finish to have them ready for next meal . Again not a big deal just a small point .

Positive: Very pretty location and well stocked house with fireplace and full kitchen

Negative: Hard to walk anywhere from the property so you need a car the whole time Upstairs bedroom is open mezzanine so not a lot of privacy if sharing with friends

Positive: This is a beautifully furnished home in a gorgeous setting, just minutes from Franklin, the perfect getaway for peace and solitude. It is very comfortable, in its’ elegant furnishings, climate control, and fabulous kitchen (not that it’s needed, the dining options nearby are great). Pete manages the property and lives locally, and is available if needed. Nearby Huonville has good shopping and restaurants, and Franklin offers smaller scale excellent dining. Such a peaceful, pretty part of Tasmania. A wonderful place to unwind.

Positive: The property is set within the most stunning garden full of natives which attract birdlife of all sorts. It was so relaxing sitting out on the big deck listening to the birdsong while having a glass of wine. The hosts of the property have nailed everything perfectly down to the smallest little details. Such as the water vessels placed on the bedside tables. The property was impeccably clean and the hosts were friendly, great with communicating and also generous. Would definitely recommend this as a property to stay.

Negative: There is nothing we didn’t like about the property.
