Summary: The boyfriend, his fur-baby, and I enjoyed our stay here. We wanted to go hiking on while on vacation. This cabin is within a reasonable (driving) distance from Grandfather Mountain, the W. Kerr Scott Dam, Fort Hamby Park, The Cascades Trail, and Stone Mountain State Park. We were able to drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway, too! It was nice to be able to go adventure each day and come back to the cabin to shower and make a meal (there's basically a full kitchen in this place!). We were fortunate that the other, larger cabin on the property was being renovated, so we had the area to ourselves. There are other, gorgeous homes nearby, but inside the cabin you feel secluded. Great communication from the lessor, too. Ana answered my questions before I made the reservation and she ensured we had everything we needed to check-in.

Summary: Didn't look so small online, on the inside. Glad we are not big people. The front door molding wasn't secure. Very small shower with no interior soap holder. Coffee maker needed cleaning from previous user. Better than a hotel with kitchen and nice fridge and big TV.

Summary: We were supposed to go to the Keys but hurricane Ian had other plans so we ended up in this cute cabin located not too far from the Blue Ridge Mountains. Then we ended up staying here for an extra day due to the same storm! Thank you for having us, Ana. You really made our trip peaceful. 😊 I will recommend this property to my friends that plan on traveling up to NC. Thank you.

Summary: This 1820 cabin has such incredible character! The entire place has been redone with all the modern comforts of home. It’s a great location and so quiet and very relaxing. We could walk the trail into the woods right from our back door. We had such a nice experience and would definitely recommend this place!
