Summary: My family has been to PCB many times, and we usually stay at hotels for shorter trips. We booked this home in 2022 and now again in 2025. The home is beautiful! The street gives you easy access to the beach. It is quieter here and less crowded than closer to the pier. Pier Park is about 2 miles away. Our son loved walking to Alvin’s to get an ice cream each night. We only had a minor problem with the ice maker not working- so we bought bagged ice. The owner was very apologetic and responsive. The kids loved the pool! We had it heated for an extra fee since it was March. It was perfect! Book this home! Quiet street, walkable to the beach, and close to everything! Thank you, Dan, for quick communication and making sure we had everything we needed! That’s why we returned and hope to return again!

Summary: Nice house just a couple blocks from the beach. The grill needed to be cleaned badly, we had a pretty large flare up while trying to grill some steaks one evening. There is not a pantry available for use even thought the listing says there is. There were many messages sent just before check in about following the rules and consequences that would be followed, a camera being on the front porch and no visitors allowed and such…. It was almost a damper on the trip because we felt like we were being watched or would be fined if we missed something. So far no fines. But all of the “rules” being sent were not appropriate. Our family had a great time but I doubt we will stay here again. The house is obviously a new build but is cheaply built. The pool was very cold. Outside shower did have heated water so that was nice.
