Positive: This is an old small village, or large farm, that was converted into a hotel-restaurant. It's located on the shores of a small lake that's part of the Elbląg Canal. Most of the buildings are old, which give it a quaint atmosphere. It was really quiet when I was there. My room was clean and airy. Multiple parking options on the grounds.

Negative: The ground-floor hallway of the building where my room was, on the lakefront, smelled of humidity and mildew (not surprising for that location). The floor above was fine though. You can hear quite a lot between rooms, mostly through the doors that aren't soundproof at all. There may not be enough electric plugs, so you may want to bring your extension and power strip if you have multiple devices. IIRC wifi signal was very weak in my room.

Positive: I was positively surprised by this place, it has a great atmosphere and history. The staff was really helpful and the meal in the restaurant was amazing! I can't recommend this enough. It was only a pitty I had very limited time to enjoy it but I hope I will have chance to come back in a warmer season.

Negative: There was no wi-fi and the sound-proofing of the rooms is poor which is understandable given how historic the buildings are.

Positive: Amazing place and really nice overall feeling. We stayed for 2 nights. Room was really comfortable, clean and nicely equipped.
