Positive: This place is absolute perfection- like waking up in a dream. Breakfast was great- drinking coffee and listening to the creek was a great way to start my day. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Positive: The property is beautiful and the inn super charming. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with many homemade items. You can easy walk into town with many dining and shopping options. Just sup[er cute!

Negative: The steps in the room (one down to the bed and one up to the toilet from the foyer) need to be illuminated with some type of glow in the dark tape. I nearly fell in the middle of the night and did bruise up my arms catching myself.

Positive: Our stay was a short one, just one night. The inn itself is amazing. The location was perfect! Located just a short distance from the heart of Nevada City, the inn felt secluded and quaint. Our room was gorgeous and clean, offering a full view of a waterfall and creek, with a small, private patio that we enjoyed.

Negative: The bed was a bit firm for our taste.

Positive: People staying were very rude with their parking taking up way over the white line leaving no where to park arriving at 9:30 at night after draft horse event. Just about got hit trying to maneuver. Finally host came and moved her car letting me park there. Suggestion please ask clients there to make sure they park responsibly. Get License plate numbers so you can have them move. Thank you. The grounds were lovely and we so enjoyed tea our in the garden.

Positive: The location with the water outside and the grounds were like none other. Just beautiful! Sitting outside having breakfast was so relaxing. I LOVED the detail in everything, from the little antique dishes to eat your assorted fruit out of it to the lighting and decorations. Super ! Second visit here and will be back.

Positive: Wow. This place was even better than it's description and photos. Picturesque. To have a balcony with a stream passing by and a close view of the flowing stream from bedroom window was a high point. Really lovely staff, efficient and caring. Comfortable bed and great room. Fab breakfast with loads of nice choices. 6 minute walk to Nevada City high street. Free off-road parking. Fully recommend. A real 10/10.

Negative: All seemed pretty decent as was well above expectations.
