Summary: The Online Property Manager almost pushed us to ask for a refund by telling us about loud dock construction between the hours of 10am -2pm every day immediately after he secured our final payment for the trip. Thankfully Tom who is the onsite manager was amazing and had the construction stopped for the duration of our stay. He gave us endless local knowledge, help, and let us borrow a cooler and some of his personal equipment. Everything was clean and wonderful on the property and it was stocked with fun amenities.The trip would be perfect if not for the sargassum which made the first 4-5 feet of the water rather foul but after that it was amazing to kayak or paddleboard on. If we revisit we will definitely go earlier when there is less of the sargassum, as well as hopefully a completed new dock that should be great for swimming and avoiding the sargassum altogether. Overral the food in the keys, the house, the views, and the wonderful host Tom made this trip a wonderful get away.

Summary: This was a wonderful setting for us. We had dinners and a couple of outings in Key West, but then had a great time just sitting and walking on a quiet beach the rest of the time and enjoying life at our own pace.Cadmier was very helpful before our trip and Tom was a great source of info once we arrived. Summary: We had a great trip! Family trip with a total of 7 (16 years and older). House was clean and a great lay out for us. It was very bright in the morning but other than that the views from the bedrooms was impressive. Beautiful spot!

Summary: Everything about this location and stay was excellent. House was clean, well stocked with towels, paper products, and soap and shower items. The views were the reason we booked and the reason we will return. Secluded beach, lots of privacy, long dock great for fishing, patio gas fireplace, plenty of lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs on patio and on the beach. Great communication with host. We took full advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards available, and saw a manatee, barracudas, sea turtles. Easy drive to Key West for activities but truthfully there’s no reason to leave the property. It was breathtaking.

Summary: Everything was as expected. Property was beautful. The views out the large windows to the water was breathtaking. Also, love how the property thought of everything. Enough towels, paper products, kitchen supplies to cook a few meals. Also, property manager was great and helpful! The bedroom through a bedroom was better than expected because both rooms had access to the bathroom. Highly recommend to stay at the property!

Summary: Our family of seven adults and two babies had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. It was very kid friendly, with portable cribs and baby gates provided. The beach is right off the porch with plenty of places to lounge and enjoy the beautiful, crystal-clear water. Others mentioned seaweed, but we didn’t have any during our stay. Nobody was staying in the house next door while we were there, so we had the whole beach and dock to ourselves and never saw another person, except Tom, the caretaker, who helped us with whatever we needed. He was wonderful. The biting insects were bad when the wind died down, but bug spray was provided, as was sunscreen. We really enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, fire pit on the beach, and gas fire on the porch. Everything was lovely. Thank you for the amazing week!
