Positive: Room was real sweet, with street level access and everything you might need. Tastefully decorated too. Comfy bed. We felt pretty cozy inside. The place was spotless. For the guests' convenience they put in some plastic plates and utensils which was cool. Also complimentary tea and instant drinks plus a small bag of chips. I was literally thinking these people try too hard - putting in a bag of chips they practically create a mess for themselves to clean up. :) We were on a tight schedule and didn't have a chance to enjoy any of that in the morning but it was all a nice gesture.

Negative: No towels provided but judging by everything else I think this must've been a one-time accidental oversight. Also we traveled with a wheelchair and no US phone or internet so we requested early instructions on check-in that came a bit late and we had to ask strangers for internet to get in but I can't hold anyone responsible for our own special needs so we're good.

Summary: Great value for money. Recommended!

Positive: I can't say enough good things about my stay! The host was an absolute gem—so friendly, warm, and welcoming. That personal touch really makes a place feel special. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the bed was the real star. It was so unbelievably comfy and cozy that I had a fantastic night's sleep every single night. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with a host that goes the extra mile, this is the place for you!

Positive: This property was just excellent! It’s spacious for one person with spaces to unpack my things into, the bathroom was nice and big, also providing space to unpack into. The shower was really good also 👌 The hosts were amazing and accommodating, and gave this place a family orientated feel which made me feel more comfortable. Check in and check out instruction were clear and given via messaging through Booking.com (images provided for clarity). The bed was so comfortable no complaints on the quality of sleep I had here. As I hired a car I had my own parking space and had no issues in this area. As the location of the accommodation is somewhat close to Florida keys and Miami, It was easier for me to travel around to places I wanted to go to. The streets are quiet and have good amenities nearby like laundromat, target, Walgreen and even the Florida outlet stores which was fun 🤩 You also have Everglades national park and other attractions nearby!

Negative: No complaints, a very comfortable stay.
