Negative: It’s old the floors slope all different directions the upgrades are slapped together in this place the overall upkeep of this home is obvious just slap it back together. This home has a very distinctive smell it’s not pleasant

Negative: The neighbors invited over several friends and caused me to unhook the chain for RV parking, but I didn’t mind too much

Negative: Hole at bottom of steps could cause a problem. Pot holes into driveway. No instructions for checking out like where to take garbage and leaving towels.

Negative: The glasses were not clean, but everything else seemed clean. The yard would be more pet friendly if it were fenced and the neighbors dogs were scary.
