My home is our secondary house, which is on the first floor of a modern newly-built building in the very heart of the international enterprising city of Sabadell. This city is about 20 minutes away from Barcelona.
The apartment has the following rooms:
- the main bedroom with a large couple bed, wardrobe and a wall tv.
- the second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and a table.
-two bathrooms
-a living room with a large sofa, a wardrobe with tv, a round table with chairs.
-a kitchen close to the living room with all the appliances you can need: fridge, electric cooker, dryier, washing and dishing machine, an oven, a microwave. In addition, there is conditioning air and heating.
Finally, a parking place is in the same building.
The apartment has everything for a really comfortable stay.
It is the very heart of the business Sabadell, next to Cataluña square, the Creu Alta park, the shopping centers, El Corte Inglés and Paddoc, supermarkets, pharmacies .. even the old town with the Town Hall and the Central Market.
About transport, a train stop is only 3 minutes. And the main roads:
-C58 to Barcelona, Tarrasa, some beaches
-A7 to beaches, France, etc.
Barcelona is 20 minutes drive / train

Summary: Sabadell is a beautiful town and this apartment is located very centrally. It was perfect to use and walk around in the town. The host was very responsive.

Summary: We had everything we needed. The check-in process was too much work after a long day of travel. It did not go well. Also, we needed 2 sets of keys and only had one. The security levels in this building are considerable. But overall, the stay was fine.

Summary: We stayed here to save the money it would otherwise cost to stay in downtown Barcelona. It was worth it! A few positives: 1) It's a 10 minute walk to the nearest train station (Can Feu / Gracia). There, you can take the S2 to Placa Catalunya which puts you at the top of the La Rambla walk and a 10 minute walk to Mercat de la Boqueria, a major market with plenty of tapas bars in the area. Note that the train ride is about 40 minutes one way (a little longer than the listing implied). Buy a family pass (multi passenger for 8 trips) or T-10 pass (single passenger for 10 trips) for zone 2. This will allow you to switch to metro, regional trains and busses at intersecting stations. The whole city is very accessible this way! 2) Sabadell itself is a nice suburban town and a 10 minutes walk to the east will put you in the old town center where there are plenty of nice restaurants. Worldely, the sushi restaurant across the street from the apartment, is easy to get to, has reasonable prices and serves good food as well. 3) The apartment is very quiet and has good AC, hot water, etc. 4) The Wifi is ~250Mbps, very fast. 5) The owner is very responsive and helpful if you engage him. One recommendation to improve: I wish the owner put together some info on how to get around to Barcelona, etc. (similar to what I wrote above). It would have been helpful. Overall, I would stay here again as it is safe, comfortable and quiet!
