Positive: The location is very beatiful and quite very nice surroundings , good fresh air, it is oposite to nice park , there was in distance - about 5 minutes from accomodation by foot is paralel street with a lot of shops, grocery, restaurants, book shop etc.....Nice and helpfull landlord. The rooms are very clean, the kitchen and bathroom facilities were perfect, nothing was missing. Also it is not so far to the centre of Oxford- by local bus maybe 6-7 minutes , as well as there is good connection to Blenheim palace .

Summary: Beuatiful and quite accomodation, close to the centre of Oxford - about 6 minutes by local bus..

Negative: Not a big deal, but one should be ready for it - the hot water unit does not appear to be of "a continuous type", so a volume of hot water is OK for about 10 minutes only. After that some time required to heat the water up.
