Positive: Lovely and spacious flat, very clean. Plenty of room for toiletries near the basin in the bathroom. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Louise the owner offered to come and have a look at a problem with the fridge though we did manage to sort it ourselves. Kitchen well equipped. Excellent directions and instructions on arrival were provided.

Negative: A shelf or caddy in the shower would be useful to stand shower gel and shampoo. A couple of larger cushions for the sofa would make it more comfortable.

Summary: Excellent one night stay.

Positive: The place was perfect, very clean with good facilities. Louise was very friendly, a massive thank you from me for letting me stay.

Negative: The place was fantastic, I really can't fault it Just a heads up for future people in low cars, the entrance road is a bit pot holey but I knew this when booking a farm stay, just take it slow and it will be fine =)
