1 Bedroom Condo in Longboat Key

This property is a family-owned 800 square foot tower apartment on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. It is part of the Zilli Collection. Each with the Zilli touch of amazing view, decor, (not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts, 40 year old flooring, one SIZE fits all, etc.). We call it upscale coastal. The properties are more of a resort, 5 star hotel feel. We own an elegant upscale home next door, a penthouse unit, a direct walk out unit, along with 2 units with the option to connect into one suite.
You’ll find everything you need on-site from free WIFI to dishes, linens, towels and even a few extras you may need for your stay like puzzles and soap. There is a pool and a covered area with grills and picnic tables overlooking the beach. Hope to see you soon at one of my beautiful vacation homes. All you need is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. The beach is just steps away.

Summary: The condo was perfect! Everything we needed at our fingertips. and the view was amazing! Right on the ocean, the beach was clean & quiet. Close to St Armand’s Circle and many island restaurants to choose from. Check in & communication before, during & after our stay was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Condo was great, comfy, and clean. With a tropical storm approaching, we settled in a littler earlier than noted to be the check in time. The storm was interesting and could have been worse…otherwise as we have enjoyed several times before…longboat key did not disappoint.

Summary: This was our second time staying at this fantastic location, and it just keeps getting better! If you’re thinking about booking here, don’t hesitate—do it ASAP! This beachfront property is perfectly located in Longboat Key, close to the grocery store, shopping, and the wonderful restaurants at St. Armand’s Circle. Plus, the beach is beautiful and quiet, providing a perfect escape. The interior of the condo is modern and well-appointed with quality furnishings, making it comfortable and stylish. Lastly, Jim truly goes above and beyond to meet the needs of his guests. His communication is excellent, and he is incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend!
