Positive: You can't beat the location-walking distance to Zion National Park and into town. The adjoining restaurant, The Spotted Dog, has a diverse, delicious menu. The pool/hot tub area is very nice. The beds are very comfortable with generous amount of pillows. If a quiet stay is what you're looking for, request a room on the second level. A first level room can leave you with no sleep if the upstairs guests are noisy. They do provide sound machines but it doesn't muffle the noise from upstairs rooms enough. They're adding two more buildings and a spa.

Negative: The rooms in the original part of the hotel could use some updating but are very clean and comfortable.

Positive: Everything! Best wine and food selections. Rooms are clean cozy and everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Loved the labyrinth. Location close to park and dining options.

Positive: This was one of the best places we stayed in our roadtrip, the staff are lovely and the rooms are great but the best part was the short trail up to the labyrinth on the hilltop, there was the best view in the whole town up there!! We went up for sunset and sunrise!

Positive: Location was beautiful and near the park entrance. Staff was nice and facility was clean and nicely maintained. Room was located on top of the property with a great view and nice outdoor balcony.

Negative: Was not informed by booking. Com or property management until we departed that due to the fact that we booked through a third party (booking.com) that we were charged a fee of $15 per day to park on the property. What kind of hotel charges you to park after you have already paid for the room. We had a nice time but will not be returning to this location due to this.
