Positive: The place is near the center part and minutes away from the old town, the owners are a wonderful people, they receive you with a smile and something sweet to eat. The room is perfect, comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower with really good pressure and instant hot water. Also they gave you advices for your days, what to do, where to eat and they help you to get tickets for the amazing show in the city. Simply a 10/10 how it should be! Thanks for everything!

Positive: The room was big and clean, and beds were really confortables. Shower was separated from the toilets (avoiding wet feet in the whole bathroom!) The staff was really friendly and helpful. They helped us about all activities in Hoi An but also to book tickets for the Hoi An memories show and a taxi for the airport at really good price! There's also free bike available, which was really nice as well.

Negative: Just to write something, note that the hotel is in the city center, which is 10-15 minutes walk from the old town.

Positive: AMAZING! The staff are incredibly kind and friendly. Also respond to messages very quickly. We organised transport and tours through them and each were very good prices and cheaper than we found online. The room is very clean and great WiFi.

Positive: First, key information, Hoi An, whilst some parts suffered from flooding in October, the city is now perfectly dry, cleaned up, and perfect to visit. (For clarity, we departed 28th Nov 2025). Indeed, we had warm sunshine the 4 days we visited. The accommodation is in any case on higher ground, where there is no risk of flooding. We enjoyed ourselves very much. The accommodation is located about 15 minutes walk away from the old city, in a quiet location. Although this represented the best valued accommodation we found in Vietnam, everything we needed was provided in the rooms, noting that it is not luxury. It also had the highest internet speeds we found in Vietnam. The host and his family were lovely, and full of useful information and advice. We used their recommendations to get to/from the airport, to visit My Son, and for restaurants. All good. The accommodation is in an area very close to a small local non touristy market, which is worth a visit to see local produce, which you can buy at local prices. We also ate out in local restaurants (a misnomer, but I mean somewhere to eat), and had great and very reasonably priced food. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Positive: From start to finish our experience at Flame Flowers Homestay has been amazing, if i could rate it higher than a 10 i would! When we arrived we were greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff who took the time to give us an induction about the area! We were talked through all the activities Hoi An had to offer, the best places to go for food, how to access the night markets, it was 10/10 customer service and we found it extremely helpful! We were also greeted with watermelon and water on arrival! We had a large clean room with a balcony and the room had all the facilities we could have needed! We even had access to use the bicycles at the homestay which were free of charge. The owners here are so friendly and welcoming, they couldn’t do enough for us and were always available to ask questions and give any advice where they could! They even booked our transport for us and arranged for us to be collected from our homestay to get to our next destination. After we checked out at 11:30am we were able to store our bags for the day and use the downstairs shower which was so helpful as it meant we could still go out for the day and feel fresh before our 10 hour journey ahead! Whilst staying here we have been given iced coffees, crisps and snacks all free of charge which is just so kind, and we haven’t had this anywhere else we have stayed! The location is perfect just a short walk to the old town and the night markets where there’s lots to see and do! I couldn’t recommend staying here enough and I will tell all of my family and friends about it here! The owners have made us feel safe and at home which is all you can ask for when travelling! Thank you so much for our amazing stay :)

Positive: The owners are so amazing. Incredibly welcoming and helpful. They helped us with everything we needed and even gave us complementary snacks and a town map. The location is very good as everything is walking distance away. And if you wish you can rent bicycles for free. The room was very spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. We intended to stay only one night but ended up extending our stay to three nights. I highly recommend this place :)

Positive: I had an amazing time at Flame Flowers Homestay. The whole family made me feel home since the first moment. They provided me a welcoming food kit and did the same when I had to head to the airport at 4:30 in the morning. They gave me all the informations about the tourists places to visit and also helped me to book transportation when needed. The room is very spacious and you have everything you need.
