Negative: I booked a room in this hotel, but unfortunately, the room was facing an air shaft with no proper outside view. I was expecting a better view based on the booking details.

Positive: Great location! Staff was very, very friendly. The housekeeper on our floor greeted us with a big smile and friendly banter each morning, she was so nice. Our room was large in my opinion by NYC standards. Everything was beautiful! Within walking distance of Central Park which we loved :)
