We have completely renovated this small 18th century house located in the village of Etables sur Mer, a small town halfway between the ports of Binic and Saint Quay Portrieux. The Moulin beach, the closest to the house is 2 km away: sand, swimming, sailing and restaurants await you.
With its 60 m2 and its enclosed walled plot of 300m2, this house is perfect for families. You will appreciate the garden in two parts well exposed South and West.
Ground floor: living room, small kitchen, wc.
1st: bedroom with double bed (160) and storage, bathroom, separate wc.
2nd: large bedroom with double bed (160) and 2 single beds,
Flat screen TV, Wifi
Quality furniture and decoration.

Summary: We loved the house and location. Local amenities were good. House was comfortable. Another sofa in the living area would have improved that area. Communication with the hosts Phillipe and Sophie were great. Would recommend this house to friends.

Summary: This is truly a beautiful accomodation. Philippe and Sophie did a very good job restoring this little historic fisherman house. Even on rainy days you are able to enjoy the beautiful front yard and the garden in the back.

Summary: My husband and I stayed at the Fisherman’s House for a week and only wish we had more time to spend there! The very kind owners Sophie et Philippe were superb hosts who met with us soon after our arrival to give us some details about the home, the town, and best sites to visit. They responded quickly via email or text when we had questions or needed a recommendation. We had problems with our car and Philippe, with his excellent French, helped us deal with the issue. They were wonderful. Their home was extremely clean, which is important to me, and light-filled from large windows with views to the very private and beautifully maintained front and pack gardens. It was also simply but beautifully furnished with a nice mix of antiques and modern pieces in their recent renovation. They refinished the ceilings, staircase, and floors so that the very old natural wood created such warmth. They had all the modern kitchen appliances, cookware, and some food to get started. We just unpacked and enjoyed! We visited the Rose Granite Coast (I have never seen a shore line like it!), visited beautiful towns of Paimpol, Lannion, Pontrieux, and Tre’guier. We wanted to see much, much more and there were so many beautiful villages and areas. We really are glad that we stayed in Etables sur Mer since it was a smaller and friendly town with a good location to see all the sites. We would love to return again in the future!

Summary: We - a Dutch family of 2 adults and 2 kids - spent six fantastic days in this nice and comfortable house. We visited the beaches nearby and enjoyed the GR34 and Ile de Bréhat. The big garden is very nice for the kids and for a BBQ.

Summary: The beautiful house is situated in the small and neat village of Étables-sur-Mer close to the centre with its restaurants, bakeries, butcher, supermarket and weekly markets but as well in a quiet neighbourhood. Two bays with very nice beaches are in walking distance. The house is very very comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, full of light, has a court in front of the house with beautiful flowers and bushes and a large garden to the west. Sophie & Philippe are excellent hosts - we had a very friendly welcome and got lots of very useful information. Sometimes we just liked to sit in the court in front of the house in the morning sun for breakfast or had a barbecue in the evening in the garden, which opens to the west and the evening sun... We spent very relaxing days here and wish to come back as soon as possible - thanks for everything!
