One of a kind hide-a-way on the Neuse River. Picture perfect Fishermans paradise with plenty of room for two families to share. Professionally decorated and appointed with everything you could ever want for a beachy fun vacation. With 200+ feet of sandy beach shoreline on the Neuse River, your family and friends will have plenty of space to run and play. Off the 300 foot dock, you will find some of the best fishing, shrimping and crabbing in the area.
The house will sleep up to 11 people in the main house and the carriage house. For rental of both parts of the property, you will have to indicate you have more than 5 guests. See rates below...
Downstairs in the main house you will find a family room complete with Wifi TV that allows guests to access Netflix, Amazon Prime video as well as other networks, a DVD player with LOTS of videos stocked to chose from and a gas fireplace to snuggle around.
The fully stocked kitchen showcases quaint touches such as wooden countertops, white cabinetry, a coffee station with a Keurig, a French Press and a electric kettle, a complete appliance package—gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker. Additionally we have all the comforts of home such as a blender, crockpot, toaster, waffle maker, stand mixer and even an air fryer.
Also on the main floor are a laundry room, two piece bath and a master bedroom with a king bed and large en suite with soaker tub.
Upstairs you will find another lock off bedroom with a queen bed, as well as a large separate living area featuring a daybed that makes the space perfect for a family to share. A bathroom with a claw foot tub, a large Wifi TV with both a Play Station 4 and Classic. Do note that the internet in our area is not the fastest or best. We have chosen the best that is available to us and the largest data package they offer, but it is Satellite internet and it does not provide extremely fast responsive speeds for streaming lots of videos or online gaming, just want to make sure not to disappoint the kiddos!!!!
Upstairs in the detached carriage house, you will find one large sleeping quarters with sweeping river views and fabulous sunrises. This spaces allows for accommodations for up to 6 more guests on a queen bed, two twin beds and a pull out queen sleeper sofa.
Additionally there is another large Wifi TV and a bathroom with a shower.
There are two parts to the property. The main house and the carriage house.
If you have more than 5 guests you will need to reserve both parts. There are no exceptions to this.
The main house rental rates:
Accommodates up to 5 guests
$190-225 in off season (October through April, excluding Holidays and events)
$225-375 in season (May through October, excluding Holidays and events)
$285-550 for Holidays and special area events
The carriage house can be added for an additional $150 during the winter ( October to March ) $225 during season ( March -September) per night fee.

Summary: There are not enough superlatives to describe this one of a kind property. Incredibly peaceful,completely private and teeming with Nature..We thoroughly enjoyed the walk through the wetland marsh on our way to the beach or fishing off the dock. We had some rain,which gave us turtle sightings and frogs chirping wildly at night. It was awesome. We ate every meal on the back porch and loved that it was covered from any type of weather. The outside shower is not to be missed..It's just that special!The interior of this home is so tastefully decorated and appointed with top notch linens,beds and furnishings. The kitchen is fully stocked and we cooked all meals with ease. Stacy left a lovely welcome basket of goodies, but I really appreciated the clear and detailed binder explaining everything about the house and area. Let me also state that this home and property was spotless! Finally, Stacy is one of the best hosts I have ever dealt with. Very avaliable, always accommodating and never without a cheerful answer to any inquiry. Do not hesitate to plan your holiday at Fisher Point. Its a sure winner and may be your favorite vacation home yet...

Summary: My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Fisher Point Cottage. The accommodations and furnishings were very comfortable for our group of 9. We loved spending quiet mornings out on the private dock, using both the outdoor and indoor fireplaces, and taking advantage of the kayaks and fishing equipment. Home was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Host was easy to communicate with. I would recommend this home!

Summary: This is an absolute gem of a place. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving here. The sunrise and sunsets were spectacular and listening to the waves along with the fire crackling in the evening was something special. The decor of the house was gorgeous and very cozy. Our family had a relaxing and joyful time.

Summary: This property deserves all the 5 star reviews it gets. My children called it "magical." It's a quiet setting with a marsh (tree frogs on the windows at night were a treat) and a small beach perfect for building sandcastles. We appreciated the use of the 2 stand up paddleboards, crab pots, and steamer. Decorated to a high standard with quality linens. It was lovely to go out on the dock at night and see stars and to sit at the firepit. Great communication, easy check in and reasonable check out procedures.

Summary: The house was a perfect location for our family of six - grandparents, son, daughter in-law and two boys 10 and 12. Grandkids loved having cottage to themselves. House was large enough for us to spread out or lounge on large covered porch. We enjoyed our private beach to kayak, paddle board, swim or sit on the dock and birdwatch on the beautiful Neuse River. Our first visit to this part of NC but it won’t be our last. Great communication with owner. Would highly recommend when you’re ready to get away from it all!
