Summary: I loved this property! Some friends and I stayed here for a few days to head to the beach and watch some spring training. This was the perfect place to stay in. The owners provide you with anything you could need- from beach supplies to dishwasher detergent. The pool and outdoor grill was also a great part of the experience. We also got to meet some very friendly neighbors across the way who were very sweet. Neighborhood was great, and a good distance from everything. I would recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing time away from everything.

Summary: The home was set up well. Could use new flooring but overall an enjoyable stay in Rotonda while we went Tarpon fishing. Owners were attentive and understanding, would stay there again.

Summary: We rented this house so we could go Tarpon Fishing on Gaspirilla island. It was a great size and clean property. The neighborhood is quiet and mostly snowbirds. Easy 15 minute commute to the island.
