Positive: There was an exceptional female member of staff, who had a lot of time to spend on the different guests who would arrive at her Reception Desk seeking assistance, from how do I connect to the wifi to where can I easily find a Taxi.

Negative: I would like to see the wicker gate which opens directly onto the beach open and available for guests.

Summary: Very pleasant, not noisy even though we were a very short walk to the Centre of Playa del Carmen

Positive: The garden is a little paradise and we loved it a lot. You can tell that Patrizia and her husband take care a lot about the atmosphere in the garden and in the apartment. If we had questions they where always available and we were even treated with some veggies from their garden and some homemade focaccia and limoncello. Our dog was also very welcome. So, in general, we didn't want to leave and hope to be able to come back some day!
