Positive: very welcoming with local produce, prosecco and little cakes in the kitchen at arrival.... we liked it so much, especially the location, that we booked again for next year

Negative: -parking situation wasn't made very clear, luckily people from the ice cream parlour told us where to park. -lighting in the living room was very hit and miss..parts didn't work at all or sometimes did and then didn't... -couldnt figure out when the fan in the bathroom got on and off..sometimes the fan run for hours at night... could do with a instructions for the telly

Positive: Fabulous location beside the sea. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. Lovely big tv to watch movie on a November night. Central Heating worked well.

Negative: Two of the beds were not super comfortable. Neighbours had to tell us where to park as it’s a small private space at the back for one car. There were a couple of logs and small amount of coal but we had to find a place to buy more wood for the fire and also toilet rolls.

Summary: To walk out the door and have the beach right there makes this a great location

Positive: Lovely house with very well stocked kitchen. When we arrived there was a bottle of Prosecco, scones and clotted cream waiting for us.

Negative: Parking is a problem if you have more than one car. Despite the Ice Cream shop next door being closed, they do not allow parking in their area and we were told we would be fined if we parked there.
