The Space
This newly renovated 3-bedroom apartment has plenty of space for 6 people to comfortably stay for business or pleasure. The open kitchen/living room floor plan, allows everyone to enjoy cooking, dining, relaxing, or socializing all in the same space while watching a 55-inch curved smart television. The master bedroom, with a king size bed, will leave you unbelievably rested and ready to seize the day. The master bedroom is equipped with a 42-inch curved smart television, plenty of drawer space, and a 2- slide mirror door large closet to unpack your belongings. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower encased with glass and a multi-jet shower spa. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a 42-inch flat screen television, plenty of drawer space, and an extra-large 3- slide mirror door closet. The third bedroom will leave you breathless as you wake up to a perfect sea view of the Saronic Gulf. The third bedroom is situated next to the half bath, has a queen size bed, 42-inch flat screen television, a 2- slide mirror door large closet, and a desk. Enjoy a nice glass of wine while watching the sunset on the balcony overlooking the wonderful Flisvos Beach. The balcony has an outdoor shower to rinse off after a swim at the beach and a barbecue pit for those cookout days. The apartment is an ideal location for those who want to be close to the tourist attractions, but not inside the city center. The center of Athens is only a 10 minute drive, but the beach is directly across the street. Take a stroll through Flisvos Park, dine at Flisvos Marina, attend an event at the Olympic Tae Kwon Do Stadium, or visit the new Stavros Niarchos Foundation (Park, National Library and Opera house) all of which are within walking distance. There are plenty of stores, restaurants and coffee shops just two minutes away. Posidonos Avenue is right in front of the building, but the triple glass doors of this fourth floor apartment, will guarantee you will never hear a sound. Summary: The apartment was stunning and the views were incredible. Just across the street was the train and the path along the sea. Several beaches are nearby (5 min walk) that are never too packed and we walked to the marina for our catamaran booking. Great seafood restaurants are within 6-8 walk I can’t imagine finding a better place to stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful apartment.

Summary: Our stay was wonderful! The beach, tram, restaurants, shops and two grocery markets were within such close proximity to this beautifully appointed 4th floor apartment, we didn’t even consider renting a car and walked almost everywhere instead. Stephanie and Tony were quick to respond to a couple of simple questions we had. Their caretaker, Alex was a delight and we thoroughly appreciated her going over things with us upon our arrival. I would not hesitate to recommend this as your “home away from home”. We are considering returning to Greece within the next 12-18 months and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Summary: We loved the location of this property. Not Athens proper but close enough. Parking was tricky - we usually found something within 2 blocks of the property. Lots of places to eat, get groceries, and super easy access to the beach and public transport. The owner's representative who met us at the apartment was friendly, helpful, responsive, and informative. It would help if there was an information binder for a few of the utilities and appliances as it was a lot to absorb. But otherwise pretty perfect!

Summary: My two girls and I stayed for a portion of our trip to Greece by the beach. It was within walking distance to the marina for our boat tours. We were able to take a bus to the city center. We rented a car and had easy parking. Our view from the balcony was excellent. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. It even had a washer and dryer. We each had our own bedroom with comfortable beds.

Summary: Nice location and facilities. VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. Small issue with the shower door not being able to be closed but I am sure that will be corrected soon. still a most excellent experience.

Summary: We really enjoyed our brief stay in Athens, Stephanie was a great hostess and Alexandria in town was so friendly and helpful. The place was perfect size and the view of the sea from the balcony was wonderful. Just a block away from public transport which made our stay easy while navigating around Athens and so many yummy places just up the street with a cute little bakery just on the corner next to the place. I highly recommend this place for your stay and if you get a chance try out the Pita Bar up the road and any of the coffee/pastry shops for a Freddo Espresso!

Summary: We returned on the back end of our Greek travels for three more nights. Very happy with the location and well appointed accommodation. Parking always a challenge in crowded Athens so unless you really need a car and comfortable with crazy drivers, use taxi and public transit.
