In the heart of Mallorca, just a few minutes from Costitx, you will find the beautiful estate of "Finca Can Maria Costitx", along with its neighbour "Can Maria", which can be rented together or independently. The two residential units and their gardens and pools are separated and exclusively for the respective tenant.
The exquisite garden of the estate features artificial grass around a 7m x 3m swimming pool, creating a completely private and sunny environment. Equipped with 6 sun loungers and two umbrellas, the pool with depths from 0.95m to 1.75m is the ideal place to cool off. The pool and grass area is separated from the terrace by a wooden fence, making it a safe place for children. In this area you will find a wooden table for 8 people, a barbecue and a bench under an umbrella, creating a rustic and charming space to enjoy meals in the sun and refreshing swims in the pool.
Inside the house, which consists of a ground floor and first floor, a truly Mallorcan atmosphere is breathed with its rustic decoration, stone walls, beams and fireplace. The living room has a sofa, dining table for 4 people and satellite television. Near the fireplace, there is a bench on the wall and a lamp, perfect for quiet readings by the fire. The kitchen, integrated into the living room with a bar, is fully equipped with everything necessary.
On the ground floor, you will find a room with two single beds and a bathroom. Summary: The house was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. We liked the area and if you have a rented car you can go anywhere you want. The host was really nice and he took care to have every we needed. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a nice holiday in Palma de Mallorca.

Summary: We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful and traditional home. The attention to decor details was amazing. We loved this place had its own sense of identity. From a practical point of view this home had everything needed for a large family, we enjoyed cooking outdoors. The pool was an added bonus that we all loved. Thank you for the fresh eggs and wine! We will sure to be back here for another family holiday

Summary: Photos do not do the place justice , it is a beautiful house and the outside area was lovely , however the pool is slightly smaller than it appears in the photographs and may be an issue for eight people but this did not spoil our stay . The guest was very friendly , accommodating , we really appreciated the fresh eggs and wine and definitely would recommend this gorgeous place to any future guests .

Summary: Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich direkt wie zuhause. Der Eigentümer bringt einem regelmäßig frische Eier von seinen eigenen Hühnern. Auch die gesamte Anlage mit dem Pool ist sehr gepflegt und reinlich. Wir waren schon einmal hier und werden sicherlich auch die nächsten Jahre immer wieder kommen.
