Positive: The villa is absolutely amazing. The vacation there exceeded of all expectations. Impressive authentic interior. The villa is big, all the matching details are very nice. Spacious bedrooms with large and comfortable beds for our good rest. The whole villa reflects the vintage authentic style, all the rooms are very nice. Large, very beautiful and well-kept yard. Everywhere is impeccably clean and tidy. A beautiful and large swimming pool pleases not only children, but also adults. There are several lounge areas, all of them very nice and comfortable for a large company. A huge dining area both outside and inside, so you can enjoy the view of the beautiful courtyard while having breakfast or dinner. We found everything we needed for our comfortable vacation in the villa. All details of the holiday have been thought of. Towels not only for the bath, but also for the pool. There were washing machine, ironing system, so we didn't even have to worry about nothing. There were even several coffee machines in the kitchen, so we can make coffee according to our wishies. In the kitchen we also found everything for cooking, even the most demanding chef will find all the necessary accessories for cooking. The villa is located near the town, a few kilometers away from shopping centers. The very kind host of the villa, who welcomed us very hospitably, kindly answered all our questions. The restaurant he recommended had very good food. We were very surprised by the hospitality, a welcome vine, spanish snacks and cake were waiting for us upon arrival. I highly recommend this place for your perfect vacation and we would love to come back. Without a doubt, I write the highest rating for this place.

Positive: Huge place, built for family life themselves. Lots of space for kids to go around. We loved everything about this house. It is unique place to submerge into "retirement life" at Mallorca :) Hosts are superstars! Thanks to Maria and Marti! We love you guys :)

Negative: We were unfortunate with very cold weather in April and being the first guests after the winder house was too cold. The only issue this villa has - you cant run all aircons (incl warm up mode) simultaneously, in fact more then 2, otherwise electricity blackout happens. And if it is cold outside - you have a problem, until you burn wood in the fireplaces. So we found the way how to survive the first 4 days, luckily weather improved later.

Summary: Strongly recommend for the family reunion / vacations. House is close by car to Nadal Academy.
