Positive: Apartment was spotless! Had everything you'd need for cooking, eating, etc. Staff in Hotel Areca couldn't have been more helpful! They made check in such a smooth process and were so helpful with taxis.

Negative: The location is a bit out of the way, would definitely recommend renting a car to get around but that was a mistake on our end.

Negative: No sharp knife. The one available couldn’t even cut an apple easily. Hooks on backs of doors would be an easy and brilliant idea.

Positive: We got an upgrade, from 2 bedrooms to 3 :-), so we enjoyed plenty of space. The apartment is part of "resort" which offers about 10 accommodations, it belongs to another hotel where you have to make the check-in and out (5 minutes drive). The only bad point is the location, just in line with the runway of Alicante airport and there's a lot of evening flights (morning is ok).
