Summary: Arrived at 4am and property was locked. Tried ringing a bell at night but no answer. Was left outside the property for 15 minutes. Had to wake up one of my family members to go and look for the concierge to open the door for me. Inconvenient way of getting access into the property.

Summary: The personal was lovely and very helping despite the language barrier. We could check in a little bit earlier than planned and thanks to that I had extra time for a bubble bath and swimming pool session. The garden is beautiful and everything is well maintained. The room was a bit small but that was expected and we only were there for two nights so not a problem. The finca is close to a main road in Chiconcuac which means that you can get out and look for restaurants easily. Overall, a great surprise after a whole week in a hectic Mexico City.
