Positive: The property is great!
Negative: Susana the host Is not a good communicator. While booking dinners, breakfast, Flamencos... It would take her days sometimes over a week to return emails. I would have to send additional emails to ask if she got my email. I was very clear about food allergies that my family had (I sent 3 separate emails about food allergies) The first dinner the chefs had no clue of 1 vegetarian and 1 Celiac. My wife basically didn't eat during that dinner...I was quite upset about that. I never met Susana in person. The caretakers at Finca were very nice but no one spoke english. We managed to work through most issues. The house and location are fantastic.
