Positive: We enjoyed staying in this apartment so much. First of all we appreciate hospitality of owners. They were always around ready to help and their good attitude and care made our stay ) The apartment itself was amazing, having everything you might need. My son was fascinated about all the technic in the apartment. All the small details made it very convenient and cosy. Meaning there are a lot of hotel rooms which are OK and look the same, but this apartment is special and has own vibe, and you will remember a stay here. Needless to say the terasse with sea view is priceless. I’m not sure if it’s mentioned in description, but you can enjoy both sunrises and sunsets from this terasse. It also has 2 sunbeds, so you could enjoy sunbathing by your own.

Summary: 11 out of 10 stay :)

Positive: The apartment is exactly as described, cozy and comfortable, well equipped with everything you need, even with things like first aid and sewing kit. Perfect location, close to center, beach, taverns, bars, markets... Perfect balcony with the most breathtaking views of the Olympus, sea and town! Very kind and welcoming hosts! ☺️ Sadly maximum rating is 10 but we would give it more! We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely return again! 😀

Positive: Filoxenia Paralia is definitely one the best deal for that money in Paralia. You have everything for cooking and for higiene (absolutly nothing missing). Cooker, washing machine, barbecue, huge terrace. Sea view, Olimp view, town centre view. Yours is only to pay and enjoye your holidays. The best deal and also Landlords are very helpful. Bottle of nice wine and 2 bottle of cold water on arriwal. Fabulous!!!

Positive: The apartment is at the top center of Paralia, with a stunning view from the terrace. There is everything that you need. The terrace is super spacious. There is a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, electric bbq, big fridge, oven . You get out, and you're at the beach. Besi is a great restaurant and plenty of shops.
