Positive: Everything about this property was first class - it was spotless, spacious, well equipped, peaceful…the list is endless. We absolutely loved it and will definitely return. We only stayed two nights but it is so beautifully appointed that we would have happily stayed for much longer. The host has thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable and welcome.

Negative: Honestly….there was nothing negative!

Positive: The host kindly left everything needed for very nice and tasty breakfasts, and much more. The home itself was very pleasantly appointed with everything needed for a most enjoyable stay. Beautiful views amidst a quiet and peaceful environment. A very relaxing space. A very short drive to the Doagh Famine Village (This has way more to offer in terms of history and local life than the title suggests - highly recommended), to the town of Ballyliffin, to O'Doherty Castle, and to many other points of local interest. Take some walks and talk to anyone you meet - everyone we met was just a lovely person.

Negative: Nothing of note to not like. Even if the weather is challenging you will still enjoy the space.

Summary: Wonderful! We highly recommend this place.

Positive: Outstanding property. Straight out of House Beautiful magazine. A little off the beaten path in a rural setting (which we like), but this place is in the top two or three we've stayed in, and we've used Booking a lot. Clean, safe, comfortable, quiet, well equipped, private, clear communications. Even had a clothes dryer.

Negative: Couldn't get the microwave to work. Also, couldn't get the electric heater to work, and didn't see an instruction page referenced in the writeup. So, we used the whole house heating a few times, which was fine.
