Positive: breakfast room

Negative: only place to sit and relax was bar which was very busy especially on Sunday staff attitude to complaint about sandwiches when ordered sandwiches they came with no butter and very little filling eg one small leaf of lettuce, and little ham or chicken no place to sit and relax apart from reception area which at time was cold and drafty. lounge available but was always in darkness and no evidence that bar (in same) was open.

Positive: Everything about the hotel is exceptional. Staff are amazing and engaging, a credit to the owners of the hotel. Lovely food in Jack's bar and breakfast was fantastic with the added bonus of the Sean (the owner) talking to every table and making certain members of our party fell extra special.
