Summary: All great except for the fact that the internet service is non existent

Summary: The best part was the location, within a walking distance from the ferry dock from Belize. The second best was the service in the restaurant. The rest was in a one star category. The bed sheets were old raggedy and uninviting with polyester feel. You called me your guest. Maybe you could demonstrate how much you cared instead of focusing on just profit. By the way fix the water pressure and the water temperature control. I was on level one. Couldn't imagine what it would be like to stay on the top floor.

Summary: We had such a wonderful time at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Alberto Alvarez at the front desk—he was truly exceptional! He went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of, and his kindness did not go unnoticed. The breakfast could use a little more variety, but everything else was lovely. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
