Positive: Barbara, my wife, and I stayed with David and Vance at their beautiful property when we came to see the fabulous Christmas Spectacular at nearby Thursford. We can truthfully say that their immaculate property exceeded our expectations. David and Vance are lovely, friendly hosts. The property's location is well placed to visit so many beautiful places and also if you are coming down for the fantastic Christmas Spectacular. The breakfasts David and Vance prepare are sumptuous and will last you the whole day!

Negative: We can think of nothing that could be improved.

Positive: This property is in a beautiful, rural location with lovely views. The owners are welcoming and friendly and have excellent local knowledge. The rooms are spotlessly clean and linens and towels in particular, are of good quality. One room is larger than the other, but both are tastefully decorated and furnished. There is a lot of attention to detail with tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, a few snacks and drinking water. Breakfast is outstanding with a great selection of items and delicious locally sourced food. The breakfast area overlooks the rear of the property which has a panoramic outlook.

Negative: One room is a bit cosy for two people but fine for an overnight stay.
